妈祖信仰与中国古代传统文化有着很深的渊源。文章试从"积善成德而神明自德"的古老理念;畏惧自然的神威,渴望战而胜之的人性本能;生命短暂、人生无常、祈求幸福安康的心理期盼等角度解读妈祖信仰与中国古代传统文化的渊源关系。
Abstract：There is an old origin between Ma-Zu belief and Chinese traditional culture. The author expounds Ma-Zu belief and Chinese traditional culture in the following: ancient ideal that amassing good makes moral integrity and gods will know aboutit; instinct of human nature that is afraid of the natures power and eager to combat again it and win it over; mental expectation that the life is short and variable and so people pray for happiness and good health.
